This has been my favorite category of meditation to practice so far. I find it ironic that at the beginning of this training when I took the mind type quiz, I had the lowest affinity for Energized Body and Mind meditation because I have had the most enjoyable experiences with these meditation techniques in the training so far!
Amazing!
Amazing, I have grown so much. I am so grateful to find this course.
I have found this part of the course challenging, but recognise how I have grown as a meditator and meditation teacher in training.
This type of meditation was challenging but I really enjoyed the meditations
I agree with the other comments. this part of the training was challenging. it really allowed me to see what I was capable of. thank you
I learn so much in every course section. I am extremely grateful!
This was definitely more challenging than previous modules and made me very aware of areas of resistance I thought I was done with! Thank you for the growth and the challenge.
Best part of the course so far…
Really enjoyed the self realisation meditation. Think I’ll be using these a lot in teaching.
As mentioned on this call, this has been the most challenging (least resonating) type of meditation for me….and of course, that is where the growth occurs!
