  1. This has been my favorite category of meditation to practice so far. I find it ironic that at the beginning of this training when I took the mind type quiz, I had the lowest affinity for Energized Body and Mind meditation because I have had the most enjoyable experiences with these meditation techniques in the training so far!

  2. As mentioned on this call, this has been the most challenging (least resonating) type of meditation for me….and of course, that is where the growth occurs!
