Who are we?

The Meditation Teacher Collective is an online teaching platform operated by The Veda Center LLC.  We strive to train the best and brightest meditation teachers and share their teachings with the world.  Our offerings continue to unfold as our student body grows.

The Veda Center is a meditation school focused on teaching traditional meditation in innovative formats.

Liddy Arens

Co-Founder, Writer, and Producer at The Veda Center.  Liddy Arens is a meditation teacher and co-founder of The Meditation Teacher Collective.  She has extensive training in Ayurveda and Vedic knowledge.  She is the co-creator of the 200 hr Meditation Teacher Training, Vedic Meditation Mastery and The Veda Center’s Vedic Meditation Teacher Training.  Along with teaching meditation she integrates yoga, ayurveda, cognitive behavioral therapy, and hypnotherapy in her work to help women enhance fertility and bring comfort and strength to pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. The techniques she teaches help women and men find empowerment and release traumas to prepare for pregnancy and birth.

Liddy teaches meditation, trains meditation teachers, and offers private consultations to individuals seeking rapid transformation in relationships and life.

Charlie Knoles

Co-Founder, Lead Teacher at The Veda Center.

Charlie Knoles is a Vedic Meditation teacher, the director of The Veda Center, and co-creator of the 200 hour online Meditation Teacher Training, Vedic Meditation Mastery, and The Veda Center’s Vedic Meditation Teacher Training.

After learning to meditate at age 4, Charlie devoted his life to teaching meditation. His work as a meditation teacher has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Well and Good, and MindBodyGreen. He has been a featured speaker and workshop leader on meditation at Cannes Lions, MBG Revitalize, Wanderlust festivals, Art Basel, and the Las Vegas Downtown Project.

Charlie has taught over 10,000 people to meditate from all walks of life including convicts, CEOs, celebrities, monks, and stay-at-home-dads. He has yet to find a person who is incapable of meditating.
