200 hr Meditation Teacher Training Feb 2025

Welcome to the the 200 hour meditation teacher training

This training session starts on February 1, 2025

If you sign up today, you can enroll now to get the first week of the training right immediately after enrollment. The rest of the training will unfold sequentially by February 1, 2025.   In the first week of the training you’ll learn about the four categories of meditation.  You’ll learn about mind types and get to know your mind type and how to choose the category of meditation you will practice as your primary meditation throughout the training.  You’ll also get instructions on how to continue your meditation practice until the rest of the course material is released.
