The Quintessential Guide to Meditation is a bundle package giving you access to all four categories of meditation. Each category of meditation can be taken as a standalone course. When you purchase the bundle you get all of them. You’ll be guided through each practice and learn which categories of meditation are best for different phases of your life.
Each course in the bundle includes a 4 day deep dive into the technique and philosophies of that practice. You are then invited to begin a 21 day experiential journey to learn how each meditation technique uniquely enriches, and expands your mind.
We provide clear, step-by-step instructions teaching you how to meditate, answering questions about the meditation technique, and giving solutions to common challenges students face when learning to meditate.
You can choose to learn only the category of meditation that is most comfortable for your Mindtype or buy the bundle and learn all four categories of meditation.
No matter which Mind type is dominant for you, by the end of this training, you will experience a new mental flexibility and the capacity to activate and strengthen states of awareness that were previously off limits to you. You will be able to shift into these states of awareness whenever you need more presence, focus, energy, or expansiveness.
