Online courses paid in full, without discounts applied and paid via cash, debit card, credit card, or buy now pay later programs, are fully refundable within the first 7 days (168 hours) after purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
Courses or items purchased on sale or with discounts applied are non-refundable.
Payments made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
Retreat deposits and retreat payments are non-refundable.
If a training has a listed prerequisite training, that prerequisite must be completed in full by the specified due date prior to the commencement of the training.
Certification is granted only to students who have completed all prerequisites and coursework, including but not limited to assignments, quizzes, daily meditation practices, attendance requirements, and all other practices or assessments as instructed. Participation in a training does not guarantee certification.
Retreats
The retreat participant is responsible for making all of their own travel arrangements to attend a retreat.
The retreat participant is solely responsible for their own medical expenses and is strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance for the duration of the retreat.
The retreat participant acknowledges that travel to and attendance at a retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, terrorism, adverse weather conditions, local infrastructure limitations, and encounters with wildlife or animals. By enrolling in a retreat, the participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.
The retreat organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse attendance or remove a participant from the retreat for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, disruption to other participants, or failure to comply with the conditions, guidelines, or instructions of the retreat. Removal from a retreat does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, or transfer.
Failure to complete all required prerequisites by the stated deadlines will result in forfeiture of the participant’s place on the retreat. In such cases, the participant will not be permitted to attend the retreat, and no refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for non-completion, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness, or misunderstanding of the requirements.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all prerequisite trainings are completed on time and to the required standard.
